Day 1

Airport > Dambulla

Arrival at the Bandaranayaka International Airport. Ayubowan...!! (May you have a Long Life)
On arrival Transfer the clients to Dambulla. Evening visit the Dambulla Rock Temple.

Golden Temple of Dambulla: A sacred pilgrimage site for 22 centuries, this cave monastery, with its five sanctuaries, is the largest, best-preserved cave-temple complex in Sri Lanka. The Buddhist mural paintings (covering an area of 2,100 m2) are of particular importance, as are the 157 statues. Another interesting fact is that the Archeologists state that this cave and other numerous caves around the main rock had been in use for dwelling in pre historic times too from the evidence found so far.

Day 2

Dambulla > Anuradapura > Dambulla

After Breakfast at the hotel proceed to Anuradapura

The Accent Capital: Anuradhapura was the first capital of Sri Lanka established in the 4th century BC. It was the royal capital for 119 successive Singhalese Kings and lasted for about thousand five hundred years. Many historic monuments and buildings still remain The historic city of Anuradhapura is an essential stop on any tour of Sri Lanka.

Lunch in a local restaurant. Proceed back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3

Dambulla > Sigiriya > Polonnaruwa > Dambulla

Breakfast at the Hotel. After Breakfast proceed to the Rock Fortress and the city (Sigiriya)

Sigiriya: Built by an obsessed monarch in the 5th century, Sigiriya or Lion Rock is an astonishing feat of engineering and construction. The most striking portion of Sigiriya, a terracotta and grey core of rock set in the cultural heart of Sri Lanka. Designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1982, Sigiriya is Asia’s best preserved city of the first millennium, showing complex urban planning around the base of the rock, combined with sophisticated engineering and irrigation skills in the palace perched on the summit. It is considered it to be one of the oldest tourist attractions in the world with visitors recording their impressions in some of the earliest-known graffiti.

After Lunch proceed to Polonnaruwa one of the famous parts of the Cultural Triangle in Sri Lanka.

Polonnaruwa: was the second capital of Sri Lanka after the destruction of Anuradhapura in 993. It comprises, besides the Brahmanic monuments built by the Cholas, the monumental ruins of the fabulous garden-city created by Parakramabahu I in the 12th century.

Day 4

Dambulla > Matale > Kandy

After Breakfast proceed to Kandy. Enroute visit a Sri Lankans very own spice garden

Spice Gardens: Sri Lanka is famous for its spices and spices gardens. These spice gardens offers tourists memorable visits to various spice plantations in Sri Lanka.

Proceed to Kandy.

Kandy: Kandy is the charming hill capital of Sri Lanka and the island’s second largest city. Located 129 Km North-East of Colombo.

In the evening proceed to the world famous Dalada Maligawa. (Temple of the tooth Relic)

Dalada Maligawa: For Buddhists, Kandy is the sacred city. The focal point is the Dalada Maligawa also known as the temple of the tooth, where the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha is enshrined. There are many shrines and temples in and around Kandy, where you will see rare paintings, frescoes, wood and stone carvings.

After The visit to the Temple we proceed to the Cultural show.

The Cultural Show: The cultural show is famous among tourists to the hill capital, Kandy. The show is performed in the evening and runs for approximately one hour, during which the spectators are held spellbound by the colourful acts on show.

Proceed to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5


Breakfast at the hotel. After Breakfast proceed to the Botanical gardens.

Botanical Gardens: At one time these beautiful botanical gardens were reserved exclusively for Kandyan royalty. Today even commoners are allowed into what are, at 60 hectares, the largest and most impressive botanic gardens in Sri Lanka.

Lunch in one of the many restaurants in Kandy city. Afternoon the clients can visit the local market. Kandy is an exciting place for shopping with souvenirs. Mingle with the locals.

Day 6

Kandy > Ramboda > Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast proceed to The Misty Mountains via Ramboda falls.

Ramboda Falls: is 109 m (358 ft) high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world.

Lunch at one of the local restaurants before proceeding to Nuwara Eliya.

Nuwara Eliya: This Cold city is often referred to by the Sri Lankan tourist as ‘Little England’. While most British visitors struggle to recognise modern England in Nuwara Eliya, the ambience does have an English country village feel to it. A well maintained golf course morphs seamlessly into a rolling carpet of tea plantations.

Day 7

Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast at the Hotel. After Breakfast relax at the hotel. Proceed to the Nuwara Eliya town.
Mingle with the locals. Clients can visit the Hakgala gardens / Lovers leap / Gregory Lake and a tea factory to see where your Morning Tea comes from. Experience Tea factory and Tea tasting. We can also organize a Tea plucking opportunity to our client’s if requested in advance. Our tea plucking experts will be glad to be alongside you to give you a experience of a life time. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 8

Nuwara Eliya > Uda Walawe

Breakfast at the Hotel. After Breakfast proceed to Uda Walawe. Evening visit the Jumbo’s at the Uda Walawe National Park

Uda Walawe: With herds of elephants, wild buffalo, sambar deer and leopards, Uda Walawe National Park is the Sri Lankan national park that best rivals the savannah reserves of Africa. In fact, for elephant-watching, Uda Walawe often surpasses many of the most famous East African national parks. The park, which centres on the 308.2-sq-km Uda Walawe Reservoir, is lightly vegetated but it has a stark beauty and the lack of dense vegetation makes game-watching easy. It’s certainly the one national park in Sri Lanka not to miss.

Day 9

Uda Walawe > Colombo

After Breakfast proceed to Colombo. Evening city tour

Colombo: Sri Lanka's capital, biggest city and major port has its supporters and detractors. We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning or afternoon. Tour will begin from the Fort area of Colombo which has been a fort during the times of Portuguese and Dutch. We will drive through the commercial areas and drive past Pettah, a colorful Oriental bazaar with a mix of people, ancient vehicles, bargains, mosques and temples. You have a chance to see a Hindu Temple, Buddhist Temple ( Gangarama Temple ) and a Mosque of Colombo.

Colombo > Airport

Breakfast at the Hotel. After Breakfast proceed to the Airport in time for the flight back home.
